Dan Sheehan used to be a pretty weird kid. When asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, his answer was, without hesitation, falconer. He didn’t end up becoming a falconer, but he did end up becoming a comedian. His comedy and writing have since been featured in such outlets as ClickHole, Buzzfeed,The Huffington Post, and more. His blog, I Suck At Tinder, has gathered upwards of 100,000 followers from all across the world, and has been recommended by outlets such as Playboy, Esquire, and Men’s Humor.
Dan helped create one of Chicago’s fastest growing comedy shows, “We Still Like You.” The show features Chicago’s best comedians telling some of their most shameful stories. The Chicago Tribune called We Still Like You, “a rowdy, infectious, good time” and while traveling across the midwest, the show was named one of St. Louis’s best comedy shows of 2014 by the Riverfront Times. Dan has performed in a number of great comedy festivals such as The Orlando Indie Comedy Fest, Hell Yes Fest in New Orleans, and more!
Dan’s sense of humor is witty, quick, and honest. He draws from a mix of absurd observations and personal stories about his experiences as a weird child who grew into a still-pretty-weird adult. When he’s not doing comedy, Dan spends his time making shockingly good sandwiches and wistfully looking at pictures of falcons, wondering what might have been.
